Edward’s Fine Food & Wine is a neighborhood restaurant that invites patrons to taste the sensational coastal flavors of its local, seasonally inspired menu. This casual but sophisticated restaurant is located in the heart of the idyllic town of Rosemary Beach off of highway 30A, and offers seating inside, and outside in their private courtyard.

The courtyard is full of charm and boasts an herb garden, stunning fountain, an area for live music, and has a central focus on the chef’s bar where patrons can enjoy watching their meal prepared before them. Inside, the beautiful interiors are a mix of old world charm with a modern touch, while attention to detail is showcased on the plush banquet seating with soothing color tones, and the local art flanking the walls.

Edward's sources the restaurants produce and tomatoes from Mac Farms in Point Washington, and hydroponic lettuce from Cottondale Hydroponic. Fresh Gulf snapper, grouper, oysters and clams are from Destin Ice, and Water Street Seafood in Apalachicola.

A few of the favorite dishes at Edwards include the Grouper that is grilled simply with lemon, olive oil, and fresh herbs, the Steak Frites- a grilled hanger steak drizzled with salsa verde and served with pomme frites, the Crab Cakes- packed with fresh lump crab, and a small amount of panko breadcrumbs as a binder, and the Pan Roasted Red Snapper served with wild shrimp, a butter pea dill succotash, and lemon herb aioli. You will not find a lot of heavy sauces at Edward’s, but you will find freshness.

A distinctive and well curated wine list is available by the glass and bottle.

Though a children’s menu is not provided, younger patrons will find favorites like mac & cheese, grilled cheese, and tomato soup on the menu.

Edwards Fine Food and Wine is located at 66 Main Street in Rosemary Beach, Florida. They cater offsite, offer private chef services, and private parties at the restaurant. They do not take reservations, and can be reached by phone at 850-231-0550. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 11pm, and they are closed on Monday.
